A few months ago, Atlas was approached by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) to participate in a pro bono branding project for southeastern North Carolina. Representing 12 counties from Fayetteville to Wilmington, southeastern North Carolina felt major impacts from hurricanes Florence and Matthew that occurred only 22 months apart. Although the region has made significant progress in their recovery, many small towns in rural parts of the region have not bounced back from all of the damage caused by monumental flooding.
