We all know that prospects are doing research on our communities twenty-four-seven and that we now get up to 20 times the interactions on our websites as we do through all other communications combined. So, how best to turn your website in a customized presentation tool for your prospects and stakeholders?
In response to aforementioned question and in an effort to "Engage Economic Development Prospects While You Sleep," Atlas created the Data Cart.
A Personalized Proposal Tool for Your Prospects
The Atlas Data Cart is a tool that allows the user to click an icon found on any/all pages throughout the website. By doing so, the content associated with that icon (body copy, sidebar copy, downloadable documents of any file type) will be saved within the user’s Data Cart, without ever taking the user off the content page they were interested in.
As the user adds items to their Data Cart section, they will see a confirmation that the content has been saved. In addition, a counter in the upper right of the page will be updated with the accurate number of documents saved. When the user is ready to print/download their saved documents, they then visit their Data Cart section. Within this section, they will be able to reorder their saved documents and print them to a PDF branded with the website’s identity and contact information.
