About David Smith
I knew I was going to be in advertising and marketing from the time I was 12. It’s the daily fight to find the perfect balance of art, creativity, communications and sales that keeps the business exciting for me. I’ve been fortunate enough to work on many world class brands throughout my career including: Four Seasons Hotels, FedEx, American Express, Sprint and Hallmark Cards. The industry is certainly changing, but the basic foundations of brand strategy remains true and are the building blocks for all successful programs.
Understanding the need for great communications and great creative and their direct relationship with lead generation and sales is the key ingredient in my experience and expertise. Doing a “killer ad” that doesn’t generate business results is fool’s gold and is a waste of the client’s resources.
Places He Loves
I’m not sure what it says about me, but I associate great places and great trips with great meals. One of the best ever was a trip I took bouncing around Cape Cod, staying in different B&Bs and eating the most unbelievable seafood of my life.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked with many real estate developers on projects throughout the United States, Central America and the Caribbean. For a project in the Dominican Republic, my team created branding, lead generation and sales programs that delivered over $100 million of sales in a single event.
