The social media buzz is everywhere these days. We receive calls from clients daily asking about social media – what is it? Do I need it? How should I implement it into my marketing mix? Which channels are the best fit for me? Is it worth the investment?
While social media is no longer brand new in the marketing world, there are still a lot of questions surrounding the financial benefit of social media. And although most social media tools are absolutely free, using them smartly will cost you time and money. So, is it worth it to invest in social media? We think so.
As an agency, we have had a lot of success using social media tools well, including Twitter, LinkedIn and our blog (eg: you are reading this!). But, as LeVar Burton from Reading Rainbow used to say, you don’t have to take our word for it. Try it yourself.
